Why do I have to give you my credit car number?

Answer

The hostel needs this data to warranty the reservation in case the guest cancel the reservation out of  the period of the cancellation policy or in case the reservation is a NO SHOW

Do the hostel require payment in advance?

Answer

Normally, the payment will be done in the hostel. We remind you, that the hostel could check the validity of the credit card before the arrival

What kind of credit cards can I use to make a reservation?

Answer

We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express, even though the hostel may not accept them to make the payment. Please check the section “Credit cards acceptation” just at the end of the “Hostel policy”, before making any reservation.

Can I pay the stay in advance?

Answer

Normally, the hostel accepts payment in advance. Please contact the hostel directly in this case. You can find the contact details in the confirmation e-mail and your reservation.

Can I pay in the hostel with a different credit card than the one I used to make the reservation?

Answer

Normally, the hostel accepts different credit cards and cash payment. However, we recommend you to check it in advance.

Can I use a debit card to make the reservation?

Answer

Normally, the hostel does not accept debit cards as a reservation warranty. However, you can check it in the section “Credit cards accepted” in the hostel´s web page.

Question

I do not have a credit card . Can I do a reservation?

Answer

No. It is strictly necessary to use a credit card to make your reservation.
